HUGE welcome to Erin Whiteside, Red Cedar Alberta's newest Speech-Language Pathologist! Erin comes to us with years of SLP support and is registered here in Alberta. Erin works with children aged 0-18 in the areas of language, articulation, phonology, pragmatics, motor planning, and fluency and has a special passion for supporting our “late talkers”. She has worked with children with many unique gifts and challenges (autism, childhood apraxia of speech, cleft palate, hearing loss to name a few) AND is Hanen Certified SLP (which means that she has specialized training with early language skills) AND has completed some extra training for Childhood Apraxia of Speech. We are so excited to have her on our team!
