Lindsay Victor - Registered Psychologist

Lindsay has worked in the counselling field for over 15 years and has been a registered psychologist since 2013. She has worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds in
several roles during this time. She lived in Slave Lake, AB, during the wildfire natural disaster in 2011 while completing her formal training to become a registered Psychologist. In this role, she
provided counselling to the surrounding Indigenous communities and residents of Slave Lake.
She has supported children, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and grief and loss. She values the innate uniqueness and wisdom of each person and our shared needs for safety, community and connection. Her counselling approach is informed by these values and a commitment to offering a compassionate and respectful relationship in therapy. Her curiosity and appreciation for the need we each have to heal in ways that best fit for ourself has led her towards using an integrative therapy approach.
Her formal education consists of a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University. Her areas of special interest include grief/loss, death/dying and intergenerational trauma. Over the past few years she has been studying the the area of transpersonal psychology which explores depth psychology, creativity, consciousnesses research and psycho-spiritual aspects of health and healing. She draws from various modalities, including Expressive Art Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Psychodynamic, Narrative, Mindfulness and CBT-based therapies. She is a registered psychologist in Alberta and Nova Scotia.

Eilleen Noel - Registered Psychologist
Specializes in developmental trauma, perfectionism and mood.

Eileen has been a registered Psychologist in Alberta since 2012. She holds an M.ED from Memorial University in Counselling Psychology, a B.Sc. in psychology and two years of graduate studies in applied clinical psychology. She has a wealth of experience supporting adults, children, and families to navigate life challenges and transitions. She has also provided supports and counselling to adults experiencing serious and chronic mental health problems, individuals involved with the justice system, and adults who experienced childhood sexual abuse and sexual violence/exploitation. While in the role of Aboriginal Liaison Mental Health Therapist out of the Stony Plain Mental Health Clinic/Westview Hospital, Eileen provided mental health supports, counselling, and crisis intervention for Indigenous People in the Stony Plain region. From her experience with diverse populations and a broad range of mental health conditions, she has learned that we all have an inherent capacity for personal growth that can be accessed when we have the support and tools to overcome the obstacles and barriers that limit us. If you are seeking help for current life challenges or are adversely affected by past experiences, Eileen would be honoured to support you to work through these difficulties. Eileen’s therapeutic approach is integrative, client-centered, and rooted in cultural humility. Cindy Gaetz - Registered Psychologist

With a background in counselling education and training at undergraduate and graduate levels, Cindy brings to her counselling a depth of knowledge and skill combined with an intense focus on cultural sensitivity. Her education obtained through the University of Lethbridge honed her skills in additional and trauma.
Cindy's passion lies in working with trauma/intergenerational trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, grief/loss and interpersonal violence.
Cindy works from a deeply compassionate relational approach with a focus to support client healing, growth and change. She embraces the counselling experience as a partnership process to facilitate client independence and autonomy.
Some of the modalities for trauma treatment include EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy and IFS (Internal Family Systems). Other treatment modalities include EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

Cia Crawford - Registered Psychologist
Specializes in anxiety, sports performance, school and learning issues

Cia comes with over 20 years of helping children, adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, confidence, self-esteem, school and learning difficulties, situational crisis and sports performance. She has worked with athletes in a variety of sports, including figure skating, soccer, gymnastics and hockey. Her approach begins with a comprehensive assessment followed by a collaborative treatment plan to suit your unique needs and goals.

Peter Miller- Registered Psychologist
Specializes in Borderline Personality Disorder, Mood disorders and instability.

Peter is passionate about helping others develop enhanced ways of understanding life problems and offering treatments for various types of recurrent pain and suffering. He is skilled in treating Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). He is otherwise prepared to assist with understanding how various mental health disorders come about and what you can do about it. He is equipped to assist you with becoming stable, skillful, and self-confident using evidence-based approaches. He takes a compassionate approach to all treatment scenarios and is ready to support you in meeting your goals by offering a tailored treatment plan.
Most of Peter's therapeutic experience has come through working with adults one-on-one, as well as with couples. His treatment approach typically includes elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Peter's approach encourages ongoing self-reflection, skill practice and mastery, and the development of emotional intelligence.
Peter understands the feelings of guilt and shame that often accompanies mental health difficulties. At the same time, he knows that learning breeds compassion and that this opens the door for adjusting to life experience. He invites clients to move towards a place of improved self-awareness and functioning through learning and application of vital skill sets.
Peter achieved his Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology in 2008 from the University of Calgary. He has been studying psychology since 1997 and has been honing his mental health practitioner skills since 2009. He became a Registered Psychologist in Alberta, Canada in 2012. After years of learning and gaining practical experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the internal and external dynamics of commonly experienced mental health disorders.
Peter recognizes that many of the contributing factors to mental health disorders often go unrecognized, misunderstood, and mismanaged and that this results in increasing, persisting, and worsening difficulties over time. He has an intimate understanding of mental health difficulties.

Revekka Kakoullis- Registered Psychologist

Revekka has been a Registered Psychologist since 2003 after completing her Masters in Applied Counseling Psychology through the University of Calgary and has honed her skills in the area of treating trauma and addictions but holds experience and skill in supporting mood disorders, anxiety, depression and grief. She uses an integrated counselling therapeutic approach, incorporating principles of Existential Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy within a trauma-informed, developmental, relational and cultural framework. This framework enables her to more thoroughly and respectfully understand one's experiences, responses/adaptation and change(s) sought and to provide responsive support accordingly.

Rosie Wells - Registered Psychologist

Rosie specializes in working with clients to process past negative events and to move on from them, while giving them a framework for the future. She uses psychodynamic, attachment and processing techniques to enable clients to assess what past events are driving them to help reduce their impact. Clients will find they will be less activated, be able to connect better with others and have improved moods. Her Masters from Yorkville University lays her foundation to providing these specialized supports.

Nearing 19+ years of clinical experience, Christine works with individuals, couples, and families ranging from 5-80+ years old. She obtained her first M.Ed. in Counselling from the University of Ottawa, she received post-graduate training in Gestalt Psychotherapy via the Gestalt Institute of Ottawa. In 2015, she was granted another M.Ed. (in School and Counselling Psychology) from the University of Saskatchewan. Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Christine is certified in working with Children and Families via the Hincks-Dellcrest Institute in Toronto. She has over 10 years of experience counselling clients from diverse backgrounds, including working in community mental health, employee and family assistance counselling, rehabilitation and disability psychology treatment, and school-based mental health.
Kate's area of specialty includes working with anxiety and depression, grief and loss, management of chronic illness and pain, and couples/relationship therapy. Kate enjoys helping people find their sense of purpose and presence in their lives and relationships. Her approach is to to help you feel heard through acceptance and validation of your emotions, and work with you to identify strategies to help you begin feeling and living your life differently.

Alexis is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and provides DBT-informed therapy on a one-to-one basis. This therapy helps improve one’s skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and distress tolerance.
Alexis is also trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), a tool for healing from the past. The aim of this work is to become less influenced by your past in your present and to feel less distress overall.

Erin Whiteside - Speech Langauge Pathologist
Erin is an Alberta-registered Speech-Language Pathologist with years of experience.
Erin works with children aged 0-18 in the areas of language, articulation, phonology, pragmatics, motor planning, and fluency and has a special passion for supporting our “late talkers”. She has worked with children with many unique gifts and challenges (childhood apraxia of speech, cleft palate, hearing loss to name a few) AND is Hanen Certified SLP (which means that she has specialized training with early language skills) AND has completed some extra training for Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
